Hi, I’m Barbara!
Do you want to improve your or your infant/child’s sleep, health or wellbeing, but feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start?
I’m Barbara, a qualified Naturopath, Certified Paediatric Sleep and Wellbeing Specialist and Adult Sleep Coach, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for insomnia practitioner, and soon-to-be double psychology graduate. Like many parents, I’ve faced sleepless nights, exhaustion and the frustration of trying everything with little success.
After battling chronic insomnia myself, and discovering that ‘gentle’ sleep training wasn’t so gentle and didn’t work for my daughter, I combined my naturopathic skills, psychology training and further education in sleep to find evidence-based solutions.
Now, it’s my passion to help other families do the same – to sleep well, feel energised and truly thrive.
