I offer Integrative Sleep Support for all ages – newborns, babies, toddlers, children, teens, adults and seniors. My sleep support is holistic, targeting the many causes of poor sleep – sensory, lifestyle, environment, diet and nutrition, connection, social and psychology, and the physical and biological. Sleep is a complex interaction of many factors – from biological to environment – and the causes of sleep issues are multifactorial. My integrative approach identifies the different areas requiring support for each individual and empowers for change in these areas to reclaim sleep.

I’m Barbara, a qualified Naturopath, Certified Paediatric Sleep and Wellbeing Specialist and Adult Sleep Coach. I’ve experienced a wide range of sleep challenges, sleep disorders and health issues in my own family. I also tried ‘gentle’ sleep training with my daughter before I even knew sleep training was ‘a thing’ and found it made everything worse. I used my naturopathic skills and further education in sleep to resolve our sleep challenges and reclaim my family’s health, energy and vitality.
