Hi, I'm Barbara!

Do you want to improve sleep and feel like you again?

I'm Barbara, a qualified Naturopath, Certified Paediatric Sleep and Wellbeing Specialist and Adult Sleep Coach. I've experienced a wide range of sleep challenges, sleep disorders and health issues in my own family. I also tried 'gentle' sleep training with my daughter before I even knew sleep training was 'a thing' and found it made everything worse. I used my naturopathic skills and further education in sleep to resolve our sleep challenges and reclaim my family's health, energy and vitality.

Sleep Support for Infants & Children

If your families sleep has derailed we'll help you shift sleep with genuinely gentle methods.
