One cup contains approximately 15 g elemental magnesium.

Magnesium chloride flakes are approximately 47% magnesium chloride by weight (with naturally occurring crystalline water)

Dissolve 1-3 cups in warm (not hot) water (approximately 39°C)
Soak for 20 minutes or more
Following bath, rinse with warm water and pat dry
Can be used as a footbath or in bathtub.

If redness or irritation occurs, rinse with cool water and discontinue use.

Use in warm, not hot, water.
