This hand crafted herbal tea blend contains a mix of certified organic herbs that support sleep and delight the senses by changing colour.

Herbal Benefits:
Chamomile

Chamomile may calm and promote sleep. This is one of the safest teas for all ages.

Lemon balm

Lemon balm may reduce restlessness and difficulty falling asleep.

Passionflower

Passionflower tea has been traditionally used for its calming and sleep-promoting properties. It may improve sleep quality.

Lavender flowers

Lavender has traditionally been used to support the digestive and nervous system. It may assist with mood, restlessness and poor sleep.

Butterfly pea flowers

Butterfly pea flowers promote relaxation and sleep. It also gives the tea a beautiful blue colour that changes to a vibrant purple on adding a dash of lemon.

Brewing: Place 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup (250ml) of boiled water. Infuse for 2-5 minutes. Delicious hot or cold. Add sweetness as desired. Add a dash of lemon to change the colour from deep blue to vivid purple.

Not suitable during pregnancy and lactation.

If your tea does not change colour on adding a dash of lemon, please ensure you have 1-2 blue flowers in your teaspoon of tea leaves. Your tea may need a gentle mix to ensure the flowers are evenly dispersed amongst the tea leaves.
