A comprehensive initial consult designed to give you clarity, direction, and a personalised plan.

What this session includes:

  • Review of your completed health & sleep intake form
  • Review your sleep and diet diary
  • A detailed exploration of your health history, lifestyle, routines, and current sleep challenges
  • Recommendations for any functional or standard blood tests (if appropriate)
  • Recommendations for any other assessments to undertake (if appropriate)
  • Discuss your personalised sleep treatment formulation
  • Identify likely contributing factors to your sleep challenge
  • Discuss sleep and receive handouts and resources (many online) tailored to your needs
  • Receive tailored supplement or herbal prescriptions where appropriate

Please note your treatment plan will be emailed to you within 24–48 business hours after this consultation. Once the plan has been emailed you receive two weeks of email support to guide you through the implementation.

  • Adjustments to your sleep plan as your sleep evolves

  • Addressing new or underlying sleep obstacles

  • Guidance on stress, emotional load, mindset, and behavioural changes

  • Dietary and supplement updates

  • Review of test results (if applicable)

  • Continued education to help you understand your body and sleep patterns

Email Support is a flexible and affordable way to receive personalised sleep guidance without needing a face-to-face appointment. After completing a detailed intake form, you’ll receive a tailored sleep plan delivered straight to your inbox within three days — designed to address the specific factors affecting your sleep.

To help you put your plan into action, you’ll also receive two weeks of email support, giving you space to ask questions, clarify recommendations, and receive gentle guidance as you implement each step.
