About the included Naturopathic Consult to discuss results:

Please note this test cost includes the test kit and a consult (up to 30 minutes) with the Naturopath to discuss your test results. Once you have purchased your test, a test kit will be mailed to you. Expect to receive this within 7 days of payment.

Please head to the appointment booking page and book in your consult with the Naturopath to discuss your test results. Please make the booking either upon receipt of your test results, or 10-14 days after you’ve sent your test in to the lab so that the Naturopath has received your results to discuss.

You will also have access to our Patient Portal which has a chat function that allows you to directly chat to the Naturopath if you need any further guidance around your results. Alternatively, you can email the Naturopath. Please note we request chat or email correspondence only as this allows it to be easily recorded in your case file. The Naturopath endeavours to reply to emails/chats within 24-48 hours during week days; they may occassionally respond to emails on weekends.
