I'm Nutrients Brain DHA for Kids - chewable soft gelatin capsule

Brain DHA contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), sustainably sourced from microalgae Schizochytrium sp. to support brain/central nervous system development and brain function in children.

Research shows omega-3's improve sleep quality, reduce wakings and increase sleep duration. An omega-3 deficiency can reduce melatonin, our sleepy hormone.

Additionally, DHA helps maintain healthy eye development, healthy vision development and supports healthy eyesight/vision and eye function in children.

Active ingredients per chewable soft gel capsule:

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-rich oil derived from microalgae Schizochytrium sp. 171.23 mg Equiv. 125 mg docosahexaenoic acid

Children aged 12-24 months: 1 capsule, once daily,

Children aged 2-13 years: 2 capsules, once daily.

If your child cannot chew capsules, pierce the capsule open and add the contents to food and consume immediately.

Warnings

Contains sulfites and soya beans. Not to be taken in children under 12 months of age. Nutrients can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains gelatine.
