Hi, I’m Barbara. I love helping individuals with their sleep.
I’m a Naturopath, Certified Paediatric Sleep & Wellbeing Specialist, Adult Sleep Coach, and soon-to-be double Psychology graduate. My life changed when chronic insomnia and my daughter’s sleep challenges pushed me to understand sleep on a deeper level.
I rebuilt my own sleep and helped my daughter do the same — using a combination of psychology, natural medicine, and evidence-based sleep science.
