Shipping
All prices are in Australia Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We currently only ship within Australia. If you wish to purchase a product from our online shop and live overseas, please contact lavendersleepwell@gmail.com and we’ll see if we can arrange international shipping.
We’ll do our best to process and ship your order quickly however, our processing time is three full business days from the time payment is made. Any orders placed over the weekend, will be processed on the next business day.
After your order has been processed, orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Aramex. Delivery times vary between 2-15 working days from confirmation of payment. Should you require your products urgently please contact lavendersleepwell@gmail.com
Please note that we do not have control over:
- Shipping time
- Where on your property the parcel is delivered
- Shipping delays once the item is in transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are determined by the courier.
Lavender Sleep and Wellness is not responsible for lost or damaged postage, or shipping delays once the item is in transit.
Standard Shipping
The cost of standard shipping is $10. Most packages generally take two to ten business days from the time your item is posted until it arrives.
Express Post
By choosing Express Post at checkout, you are paying for Australia Post’s express delivery service. This means your item will be delivered express only after we have processed your order. This shipping method does not include signature on delivery.
Shipping Disputes
We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit. We take care in packaging your items, however, please contact us within five business days if your item arrives damaged to discuss options. A photograph of the damaged items will be required to assist us with our quality control.
Local Pick-up
We do not currently offer local pick-up. However, if you live on the Gold Coast and wish to pick-up your order and avoid shipping costs, please email lavendersleepwell@gmail.com with your request.
Returns / Exchanges
When choosing a product, please do so with care as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us at lavendersleepwell@gmail.com to discuss options. Postage costs cannot be refunded.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. If you are returning products to Lavender Sleep and Wellness they must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore, we advise you take out insurance with your postal carrier. Lavender Sleep and Wellness will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
